METHOD

TOOKE DOUGH

  1. Using a little warm water, cream the yeast and add a little sugar. Cover with a warm damp cloth and put in a warm place to grow the yeast.
  2. Sieve the dry ingredients and put into a blender. Add the yeast and mix to soft but not sticky dough.
  3. Cover the dough with a warm damp cloth and put in a warm place to rise to double its original size.
  4. Portion out the dough, knead and roll - out to into 5 mm thick pieces and set aside.

FILLING

  1. Cut up the vegetables and grate all the garlic.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the above till tender.
  3. Place the vegetables onto the rolled out dough pieces.
  4. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
  5. Bake at 180oC for about 40 minutes.
  6. Cool and serve.
